Our mission is very simple... we’re here to create carefully considered homes. Whether it’s the intricacies of the internal layouts, being perfectionists with our detailed finishes, or the focus on integrating sustainability elements - we strive to produce a better, more thought through product.

    Director

    Creating great products that he truly cares about, is paramount to Max’s ethos. He is focussed on ensuring that the whole journey of each project, not just the outcome, is something to be proud of and enjoyed. This is proven through his long-standing relationships and referrals.

  • Sophie Grabiner ARB

    Director

    Sophie is a seasoned architect with extensive expertise, overseeing all of our projects. From inception to completion, she ensures seamless alignment with our vision whilst collaborating closely with the design team and contractors.

  • David Kyte

    Chairman

    Whilst his career has predominantly been in the world of finance, he has had a series of investments in the property market throughout his career. David’s experience across all investment sectors allows him to provide contextual advice and perspective.

    Chief Finance Officer

    Silvie is the person who keeps our ship sailing smoothly and ensures all decisions are well thought out and planned for.

    Land and Development Manager

    Austin is the visionary who sees potential where others don’t, and the strategic thinker who turns ideas into reality. From scouting the perfect location to navigating the complexities of planning, Austin is the driving force behind our expansion.

    Sitting alongside Silvie, Tali is a fundamental part of the Kyte Property team, ensuring all of our finances are in order.

    Head of Marketing

    Charlie is the ultimate creative - from branding individual developments, to creating engaging content across our social channels.

    After embarking on a three-month internship, Louis has extended his stay and become an integral part of the team. Louis has been bought in to assist with purchasing land opportunities and build his network of land agents.
